Basilur Tea - Luxury Tea Set - Anniversary Edition.
The Basilur Tea 250 Years of Sri Lankan Tea commemorative packaging project was a prestigious opportunity to create a truly premium gifting solution celebrating a significant milestone in the country's rich tea-producing heritage. As a world-renowned tea brand recognised for its exceptional quality and premium positioning, Basilur Tea required a packaging concept that reflected both the importance of the anniversary and the luxury status of the brand.
The project centred on the design and development of a bespoke wooden presentation box housing a custom-designed tea caddy and a luxury tea set. Our team was responsible for the creation of all packaging and product design elements, ensuring a cohesive and elegant visual identity throughout. In addition, we produced high-quality visualisations of every component to support client review and final approval, allowing the concept to be fully realised prior to production.
The resulting design combined refined craftsmanship, premium materials and sophisticated detailing to create an ultra-premium presentation piece befitting both the Basilur Tea brand and the celebration of 250 years of tea production in Sri Lanka. Overall, the project successfully delivered a distinctive and memorable collector's gift set that honours an important heritage milestone while reinforcing Basilur Tea's reputation for luxury and excellence.
