Basilur - Breakfast Tea Book
The Basilur Tea World Breakfast Collection was a highly successful packaging project that built upon the brand's famous and much-loved Tea Book tin construction. The brief was to create a premium collection inspired by breakfast tea traditions from around the world, resulting in a range of bespoke designs representing Europe, Asia and Australia, each celebrating the unique origins and culture of tea consumption in these regions.
We developed a distinctive visual concept centred around intricate, multi-layered map illustrations that brought each destination to life while maintaining the luxurious and collectible nature of the Tea Book format. The range included custom-designed Tea Book tins, coordinating cartons and four individually designed tea bag envelopes for each variant, creating a cohesive and immersive consumer experience across all packaging components.
The designs successfully balanced storytelling, premium presentation and strong shelf appeal, reinforcing Basilur Tea's reputation for innovation and quality. Exceptionally well received by both consumers and industry critics, the collection became an award-winning range, earning design recognition for both Basilur Tea and Bombcrater, and demonstrating the power of thoughtful design in elevating a premium tea brand on the global stage.
